KARACHI: Left-arm pacer Zia-ul-Haq claimed three wickets to restrict
Sindh to 142-3 after they were set to chase Southern Punjab’s
first-inning total of 517 Day 2 of the ninth round in Quaid-e-Azam
Trophy.

According to details, Sindh lost their top-order earlier as Khurram
Manzoor scored (14), Shahzar Mohammad (50) and Jaahid Ali (6) departed
in the first session to leave Sindh tattering at 34-3.

Saad Ali and Fawad Alam rescued the home side with a strong 108-run
partnership. Both remained not out for 56 and 60 runs respectively.
